Set on a brown field site in the centre of York, the project is an eight story block with 258 residences comprising 235 Standard Study bedrooms, 42 Lounge/kitchens shared with study rooms, 4 Premium Study bedrooms, 13 Accessible Study bedrooms and 6 Studios.

Mechanical services include: Gas Fired CHP and Gas Fired Water Heaters in the ground floor plant room, Cold water booster set in the Outdoor Tank room and individual ventilation systems to the cluster flats and studios.

Electrical services are provided via a substation, site wide LV distribution and all internal/external lighting and power complete with electrical panel heaters. Site wide networked fire alarm systems and full DDA requirements. Key fob access system and intercom.
