The project comprised 19 four & five storey residential blocks, two wardens’ houses, reception hub, pavilion and a selection of cycle stores.

The Campus is located in landscaped grounds and contains 1,340 en suite bedrooms and 10 designated wardens’ flats. Dance studio and conference rooms are available in the reception hub and pavilion.

Mechanical services include gas fired boiler plant in the top floor plant room of each block with ventilation fans on the roof and calorifers for hot water distribution located beneath the plant rooms. Full BMS
control system.

Electrical Services via one substation site wide LV distribution and all internal/external lighting and power. Site wide networked fire alarm system and full DDA requirements. Card access system, intercom
and CCTV.
