We have recently been awarded a 241-bed student scheme in Sheffield with our new client Mount Construction.
Located in Sheffield city centre in the heart of Sheffield Hallam University campus, comprising 228 En-Suite Rooms and 13 Studios.
The plan aims to deliver facilities and an estate that enables and encourages a new way of learning, researching and working. Facilities will include:

- Group Study and Quiet Areas
- On-site coffee shop
- Wifi Throughout
- Laundry Facilities
- 24-Hour CCTV
The project is due for handover in 2022.
