Market Street is a student accommodation project in Newcastle. 

The development consists of a single block containing 225 student bedrooms made up from a combination of cluster and studio rooms. 

Domestic Water services are supplied from central plantroom which provides boosted cold water throughout and hot water generated by gas fired boilers and a CHP unit.

The heating is generated via a wall mounted electric panel heaters.

Mechanical Ventilation is provided via a combination of extract only, MVHR and purge vent.
