Gulson Road is a residential complex located in Coventry. The development consists of 2 blocks containing 200 No. 1 & 2 bedroom apartments over 16 stories. Domestic Water services are supplied from central plantroom which provides boosted cold water to an Electric Hot Water Cylinder located within each apartment. The heating within the apartments is generated via a wall mounted electric panel heaters. Mechanical Ventilation is provided via wall mounted MVHR units. A central sprinkler system serves each apartment. Generally M&E services to the buildings include:
