Discovery Quays is a student accommodation located in Salford. The scheme comprises of a 25% / 75% split between ensuite and studio student accommodation, with 404 student bedrooms over 14,500 m2. The completed development will also provide a coffee shop, library, lounge, media and gaming area and stunning doublestory reception, again with the unique ‘true slide’, and will be ready for student intake in Summer 2020.
