Benedicts Gate is a student accommodation located in Norwich. The scheme comprises of 108 Studio apartments complete with ensuite facilities and kitchen, and 194 Ensuite bedrooms with 32 Communal Kitchen/lounge facilities. This gives a total of 302 student bedrooms over 5 floors. The completed development will also comprise of Lounge/Cinema room, Laundry, Meeting room, Gym, Landscaped court yard with feature lighting and a double-story reception. The building has a council run carpark below the main structure. The scheme will be ready for student intake in the Summer 2020.
