The development comprised 674 study bedrooms, 100 studio rooms, 12 disabled bedrooms with 126 kitchen diners. All within five 7 storey blocks and three 3 storey blocks with an additional 2 storey block having an air conditioned bar and restaurant.
Individual roof top plant rooms on each high rise block provide hot water to the bathroom pods, Kitchens etc. with electric heating throughout the accommodation.
