Excelsior Services Residential Limited carried out the project for Dandara at Glasgow Harbour, Granary Quay. Located within Glasgow Harbour, on the north bank of River Clyde. The project consisted of 344 apartments with a mixture of studio, one and two bedrooms, now available for residential rental. The development also has a huge range of shared spaces, and includes a gym, studio, house kitchen and club room. A part of Glasgow’s ‘build-to-rent’ initiative, this project is built in line with Glasgow City Council’s hope to encourage growth within the city.
The install covered full MEP install of the apartments c/w Lighting, Small power, Heating, Fire alarms, EVAC system, CCTV, Door Access and DATA systems. We also designed, supplied and installed MEP services to the ground floor front of house areas consisting of reception, meeting rooms and breakout areas for the residents including external lighting for the podium level outside space overlooking the Clyde.
