274 Student Bedrooms in a gated complex, each with bathroom pod, mini kitchen and work station. The ground floor Bock B houses the main reception, Gymnasium, Laundry, and Social area. The first floor has a Cinema, Games room, Meeting rooms and a Communal Kitchen.
There are 6 Blocks each with a Fire Alarm Panel, Door Entry System and Data Cabinet; all fully networked.
The development is BREEAM Compliant.
The Plantroom is situated on the Ground Floor of Block C; consisting of a CHP as the lead boiler with 2 Gas Fired Boilers sharing the load.
The system also includes a Booster Set, BSWS Storage Tank and 2 HWS Storage Calorifiers. Heating is via a District Ring feeding individual Calorifiers respectively in each Block.
The Electrics are supplied by an on-site Sub Station feeding a bespoke LV Panel which in turn feeds a site wide distribution system of Section Boards right through to each Studio Consumer Unit.
